Alexa Boese is an actor, dancer, singer, and choreographer based in Orlando, Florida.
Originally from Southern Illinois, she moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida to obtain a BFA in Musical Theatre and a Dance Minor (2023).
As a performer, she has appeared in 9 To 5: The Musical! , A Chorus Line, Steel Magnolias (Theatre West End). The Drowsy Chaperone, Mamma Mia, Sister Act, Rock of Ages, Once Upon A Mattress, Bring It On! (McLeod Summer Playhouse), White Christmas (The Athens Theater). Working: The Musical, Shrek The Musical, Bright Star, First Date, and Scaramouche in Naxos (Theatre UCF). Grinchmas A Who-Liday Spectacular (Universal Florida Resort) Party, Play, Fun! , Zombie Cheer Crew (Legoland Florida Resort).
As a Dancer and choreographer, she danced competitively for over 10 years during her youth. She’s fulfilled the role of Dance Captain in countless musical productions as well as assistant choreographer. You can find her at Teatro Martini (Orlando Dinner Entertainment) as a dancer where she performs as a Jewel. As a choreographer, her career began with choreographing competitive dance routines and soon flourished into recital pieces, musicals, and teaching. Her most recent choreography work was seen in Theater West End Prep’s production of Freaky Friday.
Alexa is currently performing at Universal Florida Resort as a parade performer in their Mardi Gras parade as well as Teatro Martini as a dancing Jewel performer located in Orlando!
Aside from performing, Alexa is a lover of all things Dolly Parton and Shania Twain. She also thoroughly enjoys baking, collecting vintage clothing, reading, everything Disney, and being an auntie to her precious niece Cordelia.
